Once we receive your information, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your free 30 minute consulation to discuss your event.

Getting to Know You

During our consultation, we will discuss your vision of your event. We will ask questions about you, or the individual, the event is for. Sample questions may include things such as favorite colors, hobbies, special interests, etc. Our staff will create an event using all the information, ensuring it is designed just for you!

Delivery

Depending on the size of the event, type of event, and access to the venue, delivery and setup may take an hour or more. The delivery time will be decided during the consultation.

Time to Party!

We can deliver and set up your event and leave the gathering to you or we can stay and ensure everything flows smoothly. Whatever you choose, we strive for the best gathering for you and creating lasting memories!

Can you customize a board?

Yes, any and all boards or trays are customizable, but additional fees may apply.

Do we customize due to food allergies?

We can absolutely customize due to food allergies. However, certain food items may require an additional charge.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver. Any distance greater than 25 miles comes with a fee.

How far in advance do I need to book or place an order?

For gatherings smaller than 50 people, two weeks. For gatherings greater than 50 people, three to four weeks. Large and themed gatherings take more time to prepare.

When is the latest time frame that I can cancel an order?

For gatherings smaller than 50 people, 72 hours (about 3 days). For gatherings greater than 50 people, one week.
